AlexHost Affiliate Program Terms

You may promote AlexHost anywhere, except in the ways listed below. The main banned practices are bidding on the AlexHost brand in paid ads, spam, fake traffic, and misleading customers.

1. Definitions and acceptance

By ticking the acceptance checkbox and activating an affiliate account, you agree to these Terms. They add to the general AlexHost Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Usage Policy.

AlexHost – Alexhost SRL, operator of alexhost.com and bill.alexhost.com.
Affiliate – a person or company accepted into the AlexHost Affiliate Program.
Referral link – the unique tracking link in your Affiliate center (e.g. ?affid=), plus any voucher codes assigned to you.
Referred transaction – a specific purchase made through your referral link while your referral cookie is active, or with a voucher you created. Only that purchase is assigned to you, not the customer or their account.
Commission – the reward earned on a qualifying referred transaction.
AlexHost brand terms – "AlexHost", "Alex Host", "alexhost.com", and any misspelling, variation or translation of them.

2. Eligibility and registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active AlexHost client account in good standing.
Account details must be accurate and match the person or company receiving payouts.
One affiliate account per person or company. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their commissions cancelled.
AlexHost may reject or close any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Paid search and brand protection

Affiliates must not compete with AlexHost for customers who are already searching for AlexHost. This applies to Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Yandex Direct, and any other paid search or paid social platform.

You must NOT:

Bid on AlexHost brand terms as keywords, in any match type (broad, phrase or exact), alone or combined with other words (e.g. "alexhost vps", "alexhost coupon", "alexhost promo code").
Use AlexHost brand terms in ad headlines, descriptions, display URLs or sitelinks.
Send clicks from ads that show for AlexHost brand terms straight to alexhost.com or bill.alexhost.com.
Show alexhost.com, or anything resembling it, as the display URL, or impersonate AlexHost in any ad.
Register or use domains, subdomains, social media handles or app names that contain AlexHost brand terms.
Bid on the brand terms of AlexHost products in a way that suggests you are AlexHost.

You MUST:

Add all AlexHost brand terms as negative keywords in every paid campaign that promotes AlexHost, including broad-match and Performance Max campaigns.
Provide campaign details, keyword lists or screenshots within 5 business days when AlexHost asks.

Allowed: Paid ads on generic keywords only, such as "VPS", "dedicated servers", "web hosting" or "hosting". These ads may link to your own content or directly to AlexHost through your referral link. Organic mentions of AlexHost in your articles, videos and social posts are also allowed.

Any exception to this section requires prior written approval from AlexHost.

4. Prohibited promotion methods

Self-referrals	Ordering services for yourself, your company, or accounts you control through your own referral link or voucher
Fake accounts	Creating customer accounts with false or third-party details to generate commissions
Spam	Unsolicited email, SMS, messenger or forum/comment posts; buying or renting contact lists
False advertising	Promising features, locations, prices, uptime, discounts or support that AlexHost does not offer
Misleading content	Presenting yourself as AlexHost staff, an official partner, or AlexHost support

Promotion on sites or channels with illegal, hateful or malware content is also not allowed.

5. Commissions, tracking and payouts

Commissions are earned per transaction, not per customer. Only the specific purchase made through your referral link or voucher is assigned to you. The customer's account is never permanently linked to you.
Rate. The commission is a recurring 15% of the qualifying transaction, as listed in the Commission plans tab. Every renewal payment for a service bought through a referred transaction also earns 15%.
Tracking window. After a visitor clicks your link, a referral cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days. A purchase made within those 30 days, on the same device and browser, is assigned to you.
After the window. Purchases made after the cookie expires, or without it, are not assigned to any affiliate, even if you originally referred that customer.
Last click wins. If the visitor later clicks another affiliate's link, the cookie is replaced and later purchases are assigned to that affiliate.
Devices and browsers. Cookies work per device and browser. Purchases from another device or browser, or after the visitor clears cookies, are not tracked to you unless a voucher you created is used. A voucher assigns the transaction to you the same way as your referral cookie, on any device or browser.
AlexHost's tracking records are final in deciding which affiliate, if any, a transaction is assigned to.
Commissions become available 24 hours after AlexHost receives the payment for the referred transaction.
Payout can be requested when your affiliate balance exceeds €1.00 EUR. Payout methods: cryptocurrency, PayPal, or AlexHost account balance.
Reversals and clawbacks. A commission is reversed if the referred transaction is refunded, charged back or cancelled, or if the service is suspended or terminated for abuse. If a reversed commission was already paid out, AlexHost may deduct the amount from your affiliate balance or from any future payout.
Commissions earned through a violation of these Terms are not payable.

6. Abusive customers

Affiliates must not knowingly target or bring in customers who will break the AlexHost Acceptable Usage Policy. Examples: spamming, phishing, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, or other abuse.

Commissions from a referred transaction whose service is suspended or terminated for abuse are withheld and may be cancelled, including commissions already paid out, as described in Section 5.10
If a significant share of your referrals are suspended for abuse, AlexHost may treat it as intentional and apply Section 7.
AlexHost decides what counts as abuse, based on its Acceptable Usage Policy and abuse reports.

7. Enforcement

Violations of Sections 3, 4 and 6 are handled in two steps:

First violation	Written warning sent as a support ticket. Commissions from the violating traffic are cancelled. You must fix the violation within 7 days
Second violation, or no fix in time	Affiliate account terminated. All unpaid commissions are forfeited

AlexHost may skip the warning and terminate immediately in serious cases: fraud, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, or impersonating AlexHost.

AlexHost may pause payouts while it investigates a suspected violation. Terminated affiliates may not rejoin under another account.

8. General terms

Changes. AlexHost may update these Terms. Affiliates are notified by email and in the Affiliate center at least 10 days before changes take effect. Continued participation means acceptance.
Independent relationship. Affiliates are independent partners, not employees, agents or representatives of AlexHost.
Taxes. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes on their commissions.
